The fiber ribbons are positioned in the loose tube. The tube is made of high modulus plastics (PBT) and filled with water resistant filling gel. The corrugated steel tape is longitudinally applied over the loose tube, polyethylene (PE) is extruded as inner sheath, then corrugated steel tape are longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, and combined with a durable PE outer sheath. Two parallel steel wires are embedded in two sides of PE outer sheath.
